We recently just appraised a Class A office development located in San Diego, California. The property is located just west of Interstate 15 between Miramar Road and Mira Mesa Boulevard. The building is two stories and was constrcuted in 2008. The property totals 38,121 square feet. Quality and condition are rated as good. The property is 94% occupied. The total site area is 6.91 acres; however, the building improvements are only utilizing 2.41 acres. The remaining 4.50 acres is deemed excess/surplus land. This commercial appraisal assignment was performed for a national financial instituion.
