It is 40 to 60 miles wide and stretches approximately 450 miles from north-northwest to south-southeast, inland from and parallel to the Pacific Ocean coast. It covers approximately 22,500 square miles, about 13.7% of California’s total land area, and is home to some of California’s most productive agriculture areas. We have performed commercial appraisals in all areas of the Central Valley and are experts in all commercial property types and the varying industries.
Due to the size of the Central Valley, we have divided the region into six smaller markets. These are the Sacramento Market, Fresno Market, Stockton/Modesto Market, Bakersfield Market, Redding Market and the Visalia/Porterville Market.
